Area of Isolation Exception

When an Institute logo needs to be qualified by a short text description (i.e. in association with, sponsored by, a program of) the copy can be closely associated with the logo. The copy should be the same point size as the signature or smaller. For layout purposes this copy should be centered over the shield for all configurations.
