Logo Usage Without Registered Mark

In general, the registered mark (circle R) symbol should be included with all uses of the ASCE logo on any print document or publication,Web site page, product and on all packaging, labeling, or advertising for an ASCE publication, product, or service.

Exceptions to the registered mark symbol usage requirement are as follows:

• Where the registered logo is too small to be legible
• Multiple uses of the logo on the same product or print page
• Where graphical or artistic concerns warrant an exception.
