Society Awards - Preferred Format

The preferred horizontal version should be used whenever possible.

The award name is set in ITC Garamond Book Italic in upper and lower case and left justified. The size of the font is determined by the height of the uppercase A in "Award" which should be approximately 1/3 the height of the A in the ASCE logotype. The space between multiple line award names should equal approximately 1/2 the height of the lowercase d in "Award". The space between the ASCE logotype and the award name should be equal to the width of the letter r in "Award". The award name on two lines should equal the height of the ASCE logotype. Proper names should not be placed on multiple lines and the award name should not appear on more than two lines.
