Letterhead - Subsequent Pages

If a letter is longer than one page, blank paper should be used for subsequent pages. The paper stock used should always be the same as the ASCE official letterhead, Environment PC 100 White, 24 lb. text. 

The addressee, date and page number should appear on separate lines at the top of all subsequent pages and should begin at the 1'' margin from the top and left edge of the page. 

The letter text should begin 2'' from the top of the page. The text should continue in the same font and format as indicated on the previous page.
