Mailing Label

The ASCE mailing label should be preprinted on Avery label stock - Style # 8164 - that allows for 6 mailing labels on a page. They should be printed in ASCE blue (PMS 286) and PMS 375. 

The recipient’s name and address should be set in 12 point ITC Garamond Standard Book. The leading (or space between the lines) should be set at 14 point. 

Using Garamond that is installed in Microsoft Windows is allowed. Arial is also an acceptable alternative.

The name and address should begin 1'' from the left edge of the label and 1 3/4'' from the top edge of the label. This placement allows enough space for a multiple line address and does not visually interrupt the ASCE logo and address in the right hand corner.
